Return Policy
We love the MangoBaby and we want you to as well! If you are having problems with your baby carrier, be sure to view our tips and video instructions, and contact us for troubleshooting. We love to help! Also recognize that it is normal to feel awkward at first when learning to use a baby carrier. Some people find it takes quite a few tries before they feel comfortable.
If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, baby carriers may be returned within 60 days of purchase date in like-new, unwashed condition. Please contact us before your return the baby carrier. The condition of the baby carrier will be determined once we have received it. If in our opinion the baby carrier is not like-new, we will refund you the purchase price less 10% to 20% depending on the condition. Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping fees.
